Liability

MP Landscape and Garden Design Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for works carried out by any recommended contractors, including but not limited to construction, drainage, electrical, structural, plumbing, materials supplied and site safety. All contractors guarantee their own work.

Design Work

The garden layout plans detail all the elements, features and materials that will be used in the construction of your garden. The construction, drainage, electrical, structural and plumbing details etc are not included, these will be determind by the contractors

Project Monitoring Service

My project monitoring service includes obtaining quotations from contractors, organizing start dates and ensuring that construction is carried out according to the design. This service is limited to obtaining quotations and coordinating the contractors, start dates, and does not include providing construction details, drainage, electrical and structural details. These are the responsibility of the contractors.

 

Acceptance of Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions, approvals and other consents are obtained for any works to be carried out. The customer will keep the company indemnified against all liability costs and expenses which may arise in the event of the works being carried out without any necessary permission, approval or consent.

Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
